A: I have the course designed where if you miss a few days for health purposes there is time alotted to repeat those movements while you’re in the program. That way you can still ask questions that you have if you do miss time! All exercises are flare friendly as well.
Q: Will this help me even if it's online and not in-person?
A: Yes! The beauty of this course is it’s accessible to everyone, everywhere. You also are taught how to self-implement techniques in order to recover quicker & manage symptoms at home without relying on going in-person.
